Job Title: Chief of Accounting, Management and System

A Microfinance Institution (MFI) is seeking a Chief of Accounting, Management, and Systems to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and optimize financial systems. The role involves budgeting, reporting, and providing strategic financial insights to support growth. Ideal candidates should have experience in financial management and accounting, preferably within the microfinance or financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements of the institution to the management and relevant authorities accurately and clearly
  
• Test and coordinate all issues related to the core system and introduce new procedures related to use the core system correctly and efficiently
  
• Study and apply correctly, clearly and develop up to date according to the principles-procedures
  
• Work-related instructions
  
• Perform tasks as required by the manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance (Graduated or currently studying Certified Accounting Technician - CAT is preferred)
  
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office), especially Ms. Excel is good
  
• Basic knowledge of English
  
• An adult with Khmer nationality
  
• Good communication and teamwork skills
