ROLE OVERWIEW:
As Chief of Staff, you will be a trusted partner to senior leadership, helping translate strategic priorities into high-quality executive-ready outputs. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong commercial acumen with exceptional analytical and presentation skills. You will prepare business cases, analyse financial performance, develop executive-level presentations, and ensure every deliverable meets the highest quality standards before reaching leadership teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop executive-ready presentations and board materials, transforming complex information into clear, compelling stories.
- Build and analyse financial models, investment cases, business cases, budgets, and P&L analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Produce advanced Excel models, dashboards, and analytical reports that provide meaningful business insights.
- Act as the final quality reviewer for key deliverables, ensuring exceptional accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders to support strategic initiatives, executive committees, and business planning activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to understand P&Ls, investment cases, and business performance metrics.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with a proven ability to create executive-level presentations independently.
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling, data analysis, and reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a passion for producing high-quality, error-free work.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work confidently with senior executives.
