Our client is a leading Beauty Treatment Company.

Chief Operating Officer

Responsibilities:

• Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement
• Establish actionable business strategies and priorities in collaboration with the CEO to ensure compliance with short- and long-term goals
• Directly oversee operations, HR, and billing, as well as revenue management, in order to prepare for adequate investment resources to meet near-term growth goals
• Aggressively manage capital investment and expenses to ensure the company achieves investor targets relative to growth and profitability
• Monitor performance and take corrective action as required, as well as prepare comprehensive forecasts, both actual and forecasting
• Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention

Requirements:

• Master degree or above in Business Management or related discipline
• Minimum 15 years working experience with 8 years or more in managerial position
• At least 8 years' working experience in Beauty industry is preferred
• Solid experience in handling administration and operation duties
• Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
• Strong communication, interpersonal & problem-solving skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
