Chief Revenue Officer Candidate and Head of Corporate Sales
Lead business development for new financial products and services from concept through execution. Assess legal and compliance feasibility, coordinate product structuring and securitization, support executive decision-making, negotiate with issuers, investors, financial institutions, and regulators, and lead market-making and risk-management strategies.
Responsibilities
- Validate the feasibility of new project concepts, including legal and compliance requirements
- Negotiate and drive product structuring from scheme development through securitization and commercialization
- Coordinate with the parent company’s business development team
- Prepare issues, materials, and information for executive and board meetings
- Lead revenue-focused decision-making processes
- Escalate and prioritize cross-functional issues
- Develop financing schemes and negotiate with issuers, investors, and financial institutions
- Develop response policies for financial regulators
- Lead market-making strategy for new products
- Develop risk-limit and risk-management strategies
