Chip Design Engineer, Nitro Team
Annapurna Labs, an Amazon team, designs and delivers high-end, custom silicon at the heart of AWS. Our chips don't just support the cloud - they define it. From Nitro, the advanced network and cloud management controller that underpins every AWS instance, to Trainium, the purpose-built ML accelerator driving the next wave of AI innovation, to Graviton, the Arm-based server processor redefining price-performance for compute workloads, Annapurna's products set the standard for the industry.
Help design the chips that power the world's largest cloud!
Join Annapurna Labs and take part in developing cutting-edge semiconductor products within a disruptive system architecture that fuels AWS Nitro - the technology behind millions of servers worldwide, including the infrastructure powering AWS's largest AI and machine learning workloads.
As a Chip Design Engineer, you'll take ownership of complex hardware blocks and drive their design from specification through production, contributing to the hardware that powers Amazon Web Services - the world's most reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud platform, in an era where AI is driving unprecedented demand for compute, networking, and silicon innovation.
