Civil Structural Architecture Project Manager (Data Center)
Lead civil, structural, and architectural construction execution for a hyperscale data center, coordinating contractors and trade partners while managing safety, quality, schedule, budget, risk, commissioning, and handover.
Responsibilities
- Lead CSA construction activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk for CSA work packages.
- Oversee earthwork, grading, utilities, drainage, roads, foundations, concrete, structural steel, building envelope, and architectural fit-out.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, field teams, MEP, commissioning, and client representatives.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, change orders, cost reports, procurement, and value engineering.
- Enforce OSHA, safety, quality, inspection, testing, punch-list, turnover, and handover requirements.
- Support integrated systems testing, commissioning, closeout documentation, warranties, and as-builts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years managing CSA scopes on large-scale industrial, mission-critical, semiconductor, manufacturing, or data center projects.
- Deep understanding of construction delivery models, risk management, and vendor oversight.
- Proven success managing and coordinating commissioning efforts.
- Familiarity with Procore, Primavera P6, BIM 360, Bluebeam, MS Project, and SharePoint.
- PMP, LEED, or related certifications preferred.
- Experience delivering at least one project exceeding $200M in construction value.
