Civil Works Team Leader (Telecom Sector)

Digital& SAL is looking for a Civil Works Team Leader to oversee telecom infrastructure projects in Lebanon.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with technical standards and regulations.
Supervise the assembly and erection of tower installations.
Oversee the construction of tower foundations and bases.
Manage the installation of antennas and microwave (MW) systems.
Supervise cabling, power, and coaxial feeder installation.
Oversee and execute other civil works activities as needed for telecom sites development.
Liaise with the operations manager, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Ensure adherence to safety guidelines, quality standards, and telecom industry best practices.

Proven experience in cell site construction, including foundations, towers, canopies, shelters, generators, fuel tanks, and telecom equipment.
Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, including foundation, and soil types.
Familiarity with local regulatory construction requirements.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Minimum 6 years’ experience as Team Leader in civil works in the telecom sector.
Relevant Bachelor or TS degree.
