Claddings Project Manager

Job Descriptions:Manage the project sites and operation
Attend regular meeting with Owners/Clients/Sub-Cont and ensure progress on schedule
Ensure that all projects are duly completed within budget and high quality
Ensure goals are met with regards to customer satisfaction, quality and team performance
Ensure that all workplace safety rules and regulations are being observed to the construction of the project
Assist Senior Project Manager/HOD in the feasibility study of identified projects as they arise
Identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and remedy through appropriate solutions
Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must have experience in curtain wall, cladding and customize aluminium work experience.
Ability to resolve technical issue with Consultants/Architects.
Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
