CLEANING SERVICES MANAGER

-Plan, organize, and manage daily cleaning operations across multiple client sites.
-Supervise and lead cleaning supervisors and cleaning staff to ensure high service standards.
-Develop work schedules, manpower deployment plans, and shift arrangements.
-Manage inventory of cleaning chemicals, equipment, consumables, and uniforms.
-Prepare operational reports, incident reports, and performance documentation.
-Train new cleaners on SOPs, safety, and cleaning standards
