Client Success Analyst
You will provide multi-channel support for N3XT's clients, manage inquiries involving products, systems, onboarding, and payments, collaborate with Compliance, Bank Operations, Business Development, Engineering, and Infrastructure, support API integrations and certification workflows, test applications and APIs, assist with debugging, maintain public documentation, and contribute to process improvement and automation.
Responsibilities
- Provide front-line multi-channel support via email, chat, and Intercom.
- Manage client support inquiries involving products, system issues, onboarding, and payments.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Bank Operations, Business Development, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams.
- Help define and streamline client onboarding processes.
- Support client and vendor integrations using API technologies.
- Maintain integration testing, certification, and go-live workflows.
- Test application and API versions to identify issues.
- Assist engineering teams with debugging.
- Create and maintain FAQs, user guides, and API documentation.
- Support process improvement and automation efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years of experience in customer support, integration, or onboarding.
- Banking, financial services, or fintech experience is a plus.
- Intercom experience is a plus.
- KYC or onboarding systems experience is a plus.
- API experience or knowledge is a plus.
- Experience using AI tools to solve technical problems is a plus.
- Basic scripting or query experience is a plus.
- Strong desire to improve and automate repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Startup experience is a plus.
