In this role, the Clinic Manager coordinates and manages clinic workflow activities and staff to achieve continuous and optimal patient care. Oversee operational aspects of provider practice to ensure clinical quality and financial viability. Responsible for day-to-day operations of clinic practice within a single department and 30 or less staff FTEs.
The Clinic Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operational performance, and clinical support functions of the Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) Clinic. This position oversees daily clinic operations, staffing, patient experience, financial performance, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance. The Clinic Manager partners closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and organizational leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while driving operational excellence and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
Direct and oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional service delivery.
Develop and implement workflows that promote productivity, quality, and patient satisfaction.
Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement improvement strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Ensure adequate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to support patient care needs.
Collaborate with providers and leadership to optimize clinic capacity and access.
Team Leadership & Staff Development
Recruit, hire, train, coach, and evaluate clinic staff.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable work environment.
Conduct performance evaluations and support ongoing professional development.
Address employee relations concerns and facilitate resolution of workplace issues.
Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Financial & Business Management
Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource utilization.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
Ensure accurate charge capture, documentation, and revenue cycle practices.
Participate in strategic planning, growth initiatives, and service line development.
Qualifications:
Associate degree required in nursing, business administration or related field required or three (3) years experience in lieu of degree required.
Four (4) years of relevant experience required.
Previous clinical leadership experience preferred.
Strong understanding of physician practice operations and ambulatory healthcare delivery
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
