We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Infrastructure Analyst with deep expertise in Azure networking & security and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring a strong experience in advanced cloud-native networking & security solutions and understands traditional networking technologies. This role will play a critical part in designing, implementing, and optimizing secure, scalable, and reliable hybrid and cloud-native network architectures. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to understand their needs, architect scalable and reliable cloud solutions, and provide guidance throughout the implementation process.Job Description

Key Accountabilities:
Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud infrastructure solutions.
Evaluate, configure, and deploy networking components (e.g., ExpressRoute, virtual networks, load balancers, DNS, VPNs, firewalls) within cloud environments.
Design and implement cloud hub-and-spoke network topologies in Azure for enterprise-scale architectures.
Implement network security zones to logically group resources with similar security policies and requirements.
Implement and manage the overall structure of landing zones based on best practices and organizational requirements.
Evaluate new Azure networking features and recommend their adoption to enhance existing infrastructure.
Monitor and respond to threats using Azure Security Center and Azure Defender.
Understand Azure Sentinel for Security Information and Event Management (SIEM). Design and enforce Azure compliance policies.
Work with cross-functional teams to enforce compliance with Azure Policy for network security standards.
Perform security audits and vulnerability assessments across Azure resources, leveraging Microsoft Defender Vulnerability Management and Azure Well-Architected Framework recommendations to identify, remediate, and continuously improve cloud security posture.
Establish robust disaster recovery solutions for multi-region cloud environments.
Create and maintain documentation for network configurations and operational processes.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scripts for landing zones and networking components using tools like Terraform, Azure Biceps, or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.
Troubleshoot and resolve Azure-related issues promptly.
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent or an acceptable combination of education, experience and training.
Experience:
Proven hands-on experience (5-7 years) in cloud infrastructure management, with expertise in Microsoft Azure.
Substantial experience in designing and implementing cloud-based networking solutions, including virtual networks, subnets, and VPNs.
Experience in setting up and managing monitoring and logging solutions for cloud-based infrastructure.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
Knowledge:
Proficiency in designing and implementing solutions on Microsoft Azure
Comprehensive knowledge of Azure services across networking, security, cloud landing zones compute & storage.
Strong understanding of containerization concepts, including AKS, Docker containers & Kubernetes orchestration & networking
Abilities:
Ability for implementing DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and configuration management tools
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong documentation skills to create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations and processes.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
