Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Design, deploy, and continuously improve infrastructure powering a blockchain developer platform serving more than 100 chains, billions of daily requests, and over $150B in annual transactions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and operate scalable, self-healing Kubernetes and Terraform infrastructure across multi-region deployments.
• Drive AI enablement across engineering and optimize repositories, tooling, and workflows for agentic development.
• Build AI-powered infrastructure tooling and automation, including Kubernetes upgrades, IaC analysis, cost optimization advisors, MCP servers, and n8n workflows.
• Build and maintain internal developer platform capabilities for self-service deployments, observability, and reliability.
• Develop Prometheus and Grafana observability frameworks for metrics, dashboards, and alerting.
• Lead incident management, blameless post-mortems, and company-wide SLI, SLO, and error budget practices.
• Design and manage multi-cloud, multi-region network architecture, including VPCs, IPAM, DNS, cross-cloud connectivity, security groups, and service mesh gateways.
• Collaborate with security teams on infrastructure compliance, IaC scanning, and runtime protection.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship.

Requirements

• 5+ years as an Infrastructure Engineer focused on reliability, SRE, production engineering, or platform engineering.
• Experience driving company-wide reliability efforts, SLO frameworks, and error budget policies.
• Strong proficiency with OpenTelemetry and Prometheus/Grafana.
• Deep experience with AWS or GCP, Kubernetes, and multi-region architectures.
• Experience with Terraform, Helm, and GitOps workflows such as ArgoCD.
• Experience with agentic development tools and workflow automation is a strong plus.
• Networking fundamentals including VPC design, DNS, IPAM, security groups, cross-cloud connectivity, and service mesh are valued.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills.
• Blockchain infrastructure, distributed systems, or high-throughput RPC experience is not required but is a plus.
