Working within a collaborative product operations team, you'll support the delivery and ongoing operation of cloud-based data products and services that are relied upon across government.

Your new role
As a Cloud Support Officer, you'll provide technical and operational support across cloud, data and product environments. You'll act as a key point of contact for user support requests, incident management and troubleshooting while helping maintain secure, reliable and scalable cloud services. The role will see you working closely with product managers, engineers, architects and other technical specialists within an agile team focused on continuous improvement and service excellence.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll have experience supporting cloud-based applications and services within a complex enterprise environment. You'll bring strong troubleshooting, incident management and stakeholder engagement skills, along with the ability to work effectively in agile teams and manage competing priorities. AWS Cloud Practitioner certification, or an equivalent foundational AWS qualification, will be highly regarded. An active Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance is essential.
