Empower Your Team: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise gym staff, motivating them to hit bold performance goals through regular team meetings and reviews.
Drive Growth: Develop and execute creative strategies to crush membership sales targets, conduct engaging gym tours, and manage retention efforts.
Elevate the Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, promptly address inquiries, and organize exciting promotions to build strong community relationships.
Command the Space: Maintain a spotless, safe, and organized facility, ensuring all safety protocols are followed and equipment is kept in peak working order.
Run the Engine: Seamlessly handle daily operations, from member billing and supply inventory to preparing reports on key performance indicators.
Who You Are
An experienced manager with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, ideally within the fitness industry.
A natural salesperson with a knack for delivering top-tier customer service and inspiring a team.
Knowledgeable about fitness training principles and facility equipment.
Flexible and ready to lead from the front, including during evenings and weekends.
CPR/AED certified, which is considered a strong plus.
