Villa Restaurant Group is looking for an energetic and experienced Starbucks Co-Manager to join our team at MCO Airport!
We’re seeking a hands-on leader who can support daily operations, develop and motivate the team, maintain Starbucks brand standards, and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced airport environment.
What we’re looking for:

Restaurant or retail management experience

Starbucks leadership experience preferred

Strong communication and team-building skills

Experience with scheduling, inventory, labor, and cost controls

Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Ability to obtain an airport security badge
