Collection/AR Manager 帳務催收經理

【Key Responsibilities】
1. Lead the Accounts Receivable and Collection team to achieve cash collection targets.
2. Drive collection strategies and monitor overdue accounts to reduce bad debt risk.
3. Manage DSO, ageing reports, bad debt provision and write-offs.
4. Partner with Sales, Customer Service and Operations teams to resolve collection issues.
5. Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
6. Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance collection effectiveness and operational efficiency.
7. Coach and develop team members to build a high-performing team.
【Requirements】
• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of Collection, Accounts Receivable or Credit Management experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
