Commercial Area Manager

We're looking for an energetic Area Manager to drive sustainable growth across assigned international markets by strengthening existing business and identifying and developing new business opportunities. She/He builds strong business models and partnerships to ensure high-quality execution in each market, while contributing to the international expansion and visibility of our Derma brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and market share across assigned markets while delivering annual business objectives.
- Develop and execute market strategies, business plans, and commercial initiatives to support sustainable business growth and market expansion.
- Build and manage distributor partnerships, ensuring strong execution of commercial and marketing plans across the region.
- Identify new business opportunities and optimize business models, pricing, and distribution strategies to maximize performance and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver brand objectives, drive market activation, and support regional business development initiatives.
- Monitor business performance, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements to ensure effective decision-making and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales, or export management.
- Strong understanding of international trade, export operations, customs regulations and logistics.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Highly collaborative, adaptable, and well-organized, with a customer-focused mindset and strong attention to detail in a dynamic international environment.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
