Overview

Land Command, Control, Communications and Computers Modernisation System Program Office (LC4 Mod SPO) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contract Management & Contract Performance Commercial Manager to support procurement and contracting work in support of products managed on behalf of the Capability Manager. The Commercial Manager will engage with the CA40 team to identify, anticipate and respond to needs and expectations to achieve capability sustainment outcomes. The Commercial Manager is accountable under broad direction to perform and achieve complex to very complex contract management work within an integrated workplace. They will require an in-depth knowledge of and compliance with legislative frameworks, government decision-making and Defences mission and policy requirements.
