Commercial Manager

1.Responsible for commercial liaison and relationship maintenance with the project owner, consultant, subcontractors, and local suppliers; organize commercial meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and ensure a unified external commercial approach. 2.Manage project tendering, cost estimation, commercial quotation, bid preparation and submission; dynamically track local market prices to control project costs and profitability. 3.Handle commercial negotiations, clause review, contract execution, filing, and full?cycle risk management for general contracts, subcontracts, procurement, and service agreements. 4.Coordinate on?site variations, change orders, cost claims, and time extension documentation and submission to enhance project revenue and efficiency. 5.Oversee monthly measurement, progress billing, final reconciliation, and follow?up on progress payments, final payments, and retention money; coordinate with the finance department in China for ledger and invoice filing. 6.Conduct commercial negotiations with local suppliers, review unit prices, verify expenses, and ensure compliance with local VAT invoicing regulations. 7.Maintain various commercial ledgers; regularly produce weekly and monthly commercial reports, cost and payment recovery analyses; handle commercial submissions to local government authorities and ensure compliance.

1.College degree or above, preferably in Engineering Management, Quantity Surveying, International Business, Civil Engineering, or related fields. 2.Minimum 2 years of work experience in project documentation control for engineering projects; overseas project experience is a plus. 3.Familiar with project document management processes and archiving requirements; proficiency in EDMS, Aconex, Procore, or other document management systems is preferred. 4.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word, with the ability to independently perform cost estimation, maintain ledgers, and prepare commercial documents and correspondence. 5.Meticulous, responsible, with strong communication and coordination skills, and a good sense of confidentiality. 6.Capable of reading and processing English engineering documents; good English reading and writing skills are preferred (higher requirement for overseas projects). 7.Familiar with the full process of tendering, quotation, contracting, variation/claim, settlement, and payment recovery. 8.Priority will be given to candidates with prior work experience in Chinese?invested enterprises.
