Commercial Operations Cost Manager

Own construction cost management and project controls across complex data center builds, ensuring commercial activity aligns with executed contracts, approved scope, budgets, and internal governance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure construction contract compliance.
• Manage the full purchase order lifecycle from initiation through closeout.
• Track and reconcile purchase orders while maintaining budget alignment.
• Validate invoice quantities, rates, scope, contracts, and changes.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and support timely payment.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready cost records and reliable actuals reporting.
• Partner with construction, project controls, finance, and vendor teams.
• Protect cost integrity and commercial governance.

Requirements

• 5+ years in project controls and construction cost management.
• Experience with large-scale commercial or hyperscale infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related technical field.
• Experience leading project controls or commercial costs on complex construction projects.
• Strong understanding of contract structures, scope, and cost governance.
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
• Experience maintaining audit-ready cost records.
• Ability to collaborate across construction, project controls, finance, and vendor teams.
