Provide Transition Management support to MSD including change management to enable efficient and effective movement of MSD Business units into the new look MSD and MSM. The individual will need excellent organisational skills and thorough knowledge of change management principles and methodology. Tasks to be covered include:
Work with stakeholders to develop and implement a smooth and efficient transition plan
Analyse profile descriptions with a HR view and relate to the technical requirements of a role
Serve as a liaison between different departments or teams during the transition period
Anticipate potential problems or obstacles and develop contingency plans accordingly
