Community Manager

Manage and grow Casper’s global community by moderating channels, supporting users and developers, escalating issues, monitoring discussions, surfacing feedback, and supporting community communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and moderate Casper’s Telegram and Discord channels
• Welcome new users and guide them through their first steps
• Respond to questions and escalate technical or product-related issues
• Monitor discussions to ensure respectful, constructive communication
• Spot trends, surface feedback, and relay insights to the core team
• Create and schedule community polls, mini-events, and FAQ posts
• Collaborate with marketing on announcements and campaigns
• Help foster local language communities

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English
• Prior experience in crypto/Web3 communities
• Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals
• Friendly, reliable, and proactive communication style
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time
• Proficiency in additional languages is nice to have
