Community Support Specialist

Grow thirdweb's technical support presence and cultivate community within the web3 ecosystem by monitoring social channels, providing technical support, creating troubleshooting content, managing Discord automations, and representing community needs to engineering and product teams. This is a part-time role.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a welcoming environment for the community and the wider web3 ecosystem
• Monitor Discord, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Respond to community questions and concerns
• Provide technical support for code-related issues
• Create technical content addressing repeatable troubleshooting problems
• Participate in AMAs, workshops, and other community events
• Manage Discord bots and automated features
• Represent community feedback to engineering and product teams

Requirements

• Technical knowledge of TypeScript, React, and Solidity
• Experience building with one or more thirdweb SDKs
• Strong writing, speaking, and communication skills
• Proven self-starter and problem solver
• Experience working with and moderating online communities
• Highly organized with a passion to teach
• Crypto-curious and web3 fluent
• Customer-facing support experience is a bonus
• Technical workshop leadership experience is a bonus
• Python, Unity, or Go knowledge is a bonus
