Baptist Health is hiring a Compliance Analyst to join the team at Baptist Jacksonville in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time opportunity.
The Compliance Analyst applies technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify risks and coordinate the day-to-day compliance functions of Baptist Health. This role supports compliance initiatives, assists with risk identification and mitigation efforts, and helps ensure adherence to applicable healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
Compliance Analyst Job Responsibilities:
- Apply technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify compliance risks
- Coordinate day-to-day compliance functions and activities
- Assist with monitoring and evaluating compliance programs and processes
- Support risk assessment and mitigation initiatives
- Research and analyze regulatory and compliance-related issues
- Maintain compliance documentation and related records
- Collaborate with leaders and departments to support compliance objectives
- Assist with compliance investigations, audits, and reporting activities as needed
Compliance Analyst Experience:
- Healthcare Experience (required)

- Revenue Cycle Experience (required)
Compliance Analyst Education & Credential Requirements:
- Bachelor of Arts/Science (BA/BS) (required)
