COMPLIANCE MANAGER & DEPUTY COMPLIANCE OFFICER EU (f/m/d)

Compliance Manager & Deputy Compliance Officer EU, you will join the growing Compliance team at 360 Treasury Systems AG and play an important role in strengthening our compliance culture. This newly created position will support the expansion of our compliance capabilities, contribute to key strategic initiatives, and help ensure continued regulatory compliance across the organization.
  • Review and maintenance of 360T AG’s compliance strategy
  • Supporting in preparation of compliance manuals, policies, guidelines and procedures
  • Establishment and regular review a compliance related documentations
  • Monitoring of the development of the legal framework and analysis of the impact
  • Monitoring of compliance relevant prudential regulations
  • Information and training of employees about applicable compliance related laws and regulations
  • Development, coordination and maintenance of 360T AG’s outsourcing oversight function according to the applicable outsourcing policy
  • Regular reporting to 360T AG’s executive board and supervisory board
  • Undertake compliance training and develop professional skills and knowledge with a view to become an expert compliance practitioner, e.g. ACAMs / CISI diploma
  • Master or bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration or Finance
  • 3-5 years of experience in the field of compliance; alternatively in risk management, consultancy, auditing, internal audit, or financial supervision
  • Strong knowledge of German and EU regulatory frameworks (e.g., MaComp, MaRisk,WpHG, MiFID, MiFIR, MAR)
  • Advanced database skills (pivot tables, advanced database, statistical functions and methods)
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with resilience under pressure
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
