The Conflicts Manager/Managing Conflicts Counsel is responsible for managing all aspects of the firm's Conflicts Department alongside the Director of Conflicts, including personnel supervision, training, and operational leadership. This role oversees both the new business intake and lateral hire clearance processes, ensuring timely and accurate identification, tracking, and resolution of business, ethical, and subject matter conflicts. The Conflicts Manager/Managing Conflicts Counsel plays a critical role in supporting the firm’s compliance with professional responsibility standards and client obligations.
