Construction Manager
Key responsibilities
Oversee the full logistical execution of OMPP construction scopes across multiple simultaneous worksites.
Direct construction of cross-country pipelines — flowlines, trunk lines, and well tie-ins — with associated above-ground facilities, scraper traps, and cathodic protection.
Set targets, allocate responsibilities, and manage supervisors, foremen, and subcontractor field teams.
Conduct site walkdowns; inspect works, materials, and HSE compliance; report progress to project management and client.
Review schedules, budgets, labour, and risk regularly; keep the works on track against the project baseline.
Manage contractual obligations at the field level and mitigate the impact of change, delay, or scope issues.
Ensure delivery of high-quality work in accordance with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES/SATIP) and Schedule Q.
Requirements
10+ years of solid experience as a construction manager in oil and gas / petrochemical projects, with cross-country pipeline delivery a must.
Demonstrable OMPP (Onshore Maintain Potential Program) construction experience with Saudi Aramco.
Middle East experience essential; Gulf experience a strong advantage.
Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering (civil / electrical considered).
PMP / CCM / CPM training and licensed engineer status preferred.
Fluent Arabic and English.
