Construction Project Manager

• Apply comprehensive building and construction knowledge to oversee project execution and compliance.
• Interpret and utilize drawings to guide construction activities and decision-making.
• Lead teams independently to achieve project goals and maintain operational efficiency.
• Prepare and manage building and construction administrative documentation accurately and autonomously.
• Ensure compliance with current Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, authorities, and contractors to facilitate project progress.
• Manage project timelines effectively to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a cooperative and productive work environment.
• Proficient in private housing construction.

Required competencies and certifications

• Relevant certificates in building and construction field.
• Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Basic CAD knowledge.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the building and construction field.
• Own transport preferred.
• Demand high level of detailing.

Other Information

• Work schedule: 6 days per week. Flexible arrangement can be discussed.
