CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER/ Project Manager ( Construction / Good Pay +Good Bonus

1. Plan, organise and manage all aspects of construction projectsfrom conception through to handover and completion

2. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets andresource plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial targets

3. Coordinate and supervise all onsite activities, includingliaising with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and labour teams

4. Monitor project progress and performance against key performanceindicators, identifying and implementing corrective actions as needed

5. Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits,safety records and compliance requirements

What we're looking for

1. Diploma or Bachelor'sdegree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field

2. Minimum 5 years of provenexperience in construction project management within the building andconstruction industry
