About TUBA

TUBA Real Estate Development is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the execution of a premium mixed-use development in Al Khobar, including residential townhouses and commercial facilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project execution from planning through completion, ensuring that the project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with the required quality standards and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall planning and execution of the construction project.
• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules and key milestones.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Oversee structural, architectural, and finishing works throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and delays, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi Building Code requirements and relevant local authority regulations.
• Monitor construction quality, safety, cost, and schedule performance.
• Review project documentation, progress reports, and contractor submissions.
• Provide regular project updates and management reports.
• Support effective coordination between all project disciplines and stakeholders.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of relevant construction project management experience.
• Experience working on construction projects in Saudi Arabia is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction planning, execution, and project controls.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Professional proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
