Content Project Manager
You will serve as the operational center for Boys Club and paid client work, owning end-to-end production across calendars, briefs, trafficking, approvals, budgets, timelines, editorial tracks, and social deliverables. You will coordinate internal teams, external partners, clients, freelancers, and agencies while building production infrastructure from the ground up. The role also emphasizes AI-assisted operational work and sound judgment.
Responsibilities
- Own content calendars, pipelines, status tracking, and production processes across paid client and editorial deliverables.
- Build and implement briefing, trafficking, and approval workflows from initial brief through final client delivery.
- Coordinate internal teams, external creative partners, freelancers, and agencies across simultaneous projects.
- Gather estimates, track budgets, raise purchase orders, and keep resources on track.
- Run weekly cross-functional standups, prepare agendas, capture feedback, and track action items.
- Escalate scope changes, budget risks, and timeline slippage to the Account Director.
- Manage editorial, show production, newsletter, and promotional asset timelines.
- Monitor platform updates and hook-testing approaches and apply insights to social deliverables.
- Use AI tools for briefs, standup agendas, feedback organization, and partner research.
Requirements
- Experience managing 20 or more creative assets simultaneously across multiple clients, formats, or content tracks.
- Evidence of building or significantly improving production infrastructure.
- Experience coordinating creative teams, external clients or partners, and freelancers or agencies simultaneously.
- Strong written communication for agendas, client recaps, and trafficking instructions.
- Internet and cultural literacy sufficient to assess creative work for specific audiences.
- Demonstrated daily AI fluency using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI, or comparable tools.
