Job Description:
Our client is a well established company in the beauty industry, with a long-standing reputation for manufacturing top-of-the-line beauty products and beauty services.
- Develop departmental work programs in alignment with the established company strategy.
- Execute departmental initiatives to achieve the Corporate Vision, Mission, and Strategy.
- Implement methods to raise awareness of continuous improvement among every employee.
- Conduct periodic evaluations related to policies and the implementation regulations of Continuous Improvement.
- Identify the sources of problems and implement resolutions and preventive actions regarding issues/obstacles.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years in the field of Continuous Improvement.
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
- Able to develop Departmental Strategic Objectives (SWOT) in alignment with Corporate Strategy.
- Understanding of Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, CPKB, SJH, & GMP).
