Contract Marketing & Communications Specialist #HJO
Job Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts for events, brand activations, client experiences and marketing initiatives.
- Translate business objectives, audience insights and briefs into compelling creative ideas and stories.
- Conceptualise memorable experiences that strengthen audience engagement and encourage social sharing.
- Extend event and campaign concepts across video, social media and digital platforms.
- Develop social-first content ideas tailored to different platforms and audience behaviours.
- Conceptualise video content, including storylines, scripts, creative treatments and visual direction.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, creative agencies, production teams and external partners to bring concepts to life.
- Support the end-to-end development and execution of events, experiences and creative projects.
- Prepare creative briefs and communicate concepts clearly to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Maintain strong creative oversight throughout execution to ensure final deliverables align with the original concept and objectives.
- Research emerging cultural trends, content formats, creators, technologies and audience behaviours to identify new engagement opportunities.
- Monitor innovative campaigns and experiences across different industries and markets for inspiration and best practices.
- Support regional and multi-market marketing and communications initiatives where required.
Requirements
- Prior experience in marketing communications, experiential marketing, events, creative/content, social media, entertainment, hospitality, production or an in-house brand environment.
- Strong creative ideation and storytelling capabilities with the ability to develop concepts from an initial brief.
- Experience conceptualising and executing events, activations or audience experiences.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and social-native content.
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to translate creative concepts into executable plans.
