Contracts and Business Development Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Contracts and Business Development Specialist with high experience and competence to enhance our team. The core responsibility of this role is to manage and expand partnerships with government entities and private institutions, as well as to engage in tenders for operating school and university canteens.

Skills

- Government Tender Management: Continuous research and monitoring of tenders and government proposals through the "Etimad" platform and related platforms, and preparing technical and financial evaluation files.

-Contracting with Private Entities: Building and developing strong relationships with private sector companies and institutions to open new contracting channels.

-Canteen Sector Management: Studying and preparing the terms of reference for operating canteens, and monitoring the requirements of educational entities or institutions to ensure compliance with required standards.

-Negotiation and Contracting: Leading negotiation sessions with clients and reviewing contract terms to ensure drafting contracts that secure the rights of the company and achieve its profit objectives.

Monitoring and Compliance: Monitoring compliance with the terms of the signed contracts and renewing them periodically before their expiration.
