Contracts Manager - Roads Infrastructure

As Contracts Manager, you will play a central role in shaping the commercial and contractual integrity of major infrastructure delivery.
This position is suited to a commercially astute professional who can work across multiple stakeholders, provide clear contractual guidance, and help protect project outcomes through disciplined contract management and sound commercial judgment.
Responsibilities Manage contract administration across large-scale social infrastructure projects.
Review, negotiate, and finalize vendor and subcontractor agreements.
Monitor contract compliance, risks, and change order documentation.
Coordinate with legal, procurement, and project teams on contractual matters.
Support claims management and resolve commercial issues throughout project delivery.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Law, or a related discipline.
Minimum 15 years of experience in contract management, commercial management, or contract administration within major infrastructure or construction projects.
Demonstrated experience managing large and complex contract portfolios and leading multidisciplinary commercial and contract management teams.
Significant experience administering and managing FIDIC-based contracts.
Experience working on roads, highways, transportation, or major infrastructure programmes.
Preferred Qualifications Experience within large-scale client organisations, government entities, or giga-project environments.
Postgraduate qualification in Commercial Management, Construction Law, or Business Administration.
Professional membership with RICS, CIArb, ICE, CICES, or an equivalent professional body.
