Contracts Manager

Manage full spectrum of Tender Process;
Review Contract Document;
Cost, change and claim management
Initiate and draft official correspondences to state holders;
Participate and/or lead commerical negotiation;
Monitor and manage project budget, contract revenue and cash flow;
Manage and ensure contractual compliance and conformance.
Requirement
Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
Minimum 12 years' of relevant working experience with 5 years in contract and commercial management;
Proficient in Standards Forms of Contract (PSSCOC/SIA/REDAS):
Knowledge in contract law, SOP Act and dispute resolution;
Background in Quantity Surveying;
Experience in project with contract value in excess of $100 million
