Core Blockchain Engineer

You will design, build, and scale next-generation Ethereum services at Conduit, improving EVM Nodes and supporting components, exploring alternatives such as Reth, and developing tooling and infrastructure for EVM performance at scale.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and evolve the EVM Node solutions powering the Conduit Platform.
• Deliver scalable and robust software solutions in a DevOps environment.
• Create and improve tooling and processes to improve maintainability and reliability.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the EVM and surrounding Node.
• Experience working with Ethereum internals, including EVMs, debuggers, block explorers, and tracers.
• Understanding of tooling patterns and practices for developers on EVM networks.
• Experience designing, implementing, and running production services.
• Experience debugging complex issues across networking, performance, and memory leaks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers through mentoring, peer reviews, and design reviews.
