Job Description
- Evaluating And Executing M&A And Other Investment Opportunities
- Analyzing Valuation And Returns
- Oversight Of Transaction Due Diligence
- Preparing The Company To Go IPO And Its Running Process
- Set Financial Targets For Fundraising Activities, And Create Strategies For Reaching Them
- Managing Relationships With Banks And Other Stakeholders On Financing Requirements
- Collaborate With Senior Leadership And Prioritize Departmental Activities To Meet Organizational Goals
Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Administration, MBA degree would be highly preferable
- Over 5 years experience of both Big 4 Advisory and real-sector experience is a MUST
- Have had experience in dealing with investors directly and/or handled deals projects directly and successfully delivered
- Have vast network within capital market
- Strong analytical skill required to identify risks and opportunities in the business
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationships
