Job Description:
- Achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with companies to offer services.
- Build relationships with business owners to establish sales channels.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and expand the network with new clients.
- Conduct market surveys, create sales plans, and analyze sales reports.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Sales Manager in the training, education, finance, or insurance industry.
- Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of B2B processes.
- Ability to analyze data.
- Pleasant personality, honest, sociable, critical thinker, confident, mature, highly self-motivated, customer-oriented, and quick to respond.
