Counter Manager
- Overseeing the daily operation of the stores and assisting with the day-to-day operations if needed
- Managing staff deployed to the respective counters
- Planning of roster to ensure the most effective coverage of the counter maximizing the resources available to customer flow
- Working with product management team on the sales mechanics and to conduct briefing to the respective stores
- Ensuring sufficient stocks for all stores so that there will be operational and executional efficiency within the stores
- Working closely with different stakeholders on the training requirements
- Preparation of various weekly and monthly reports
- Ensuring the achievement/meeting of sales target at the respective counters
