Job Description
- Build A World-class Sales Team, With A Fantastic Team Culture
- Implement Sales Best Practices In The Region, And Contribute To The Development Of Best Practices Globally
- Build The Sales Pipeline And Close Sales
- Represent The Company Externally Across All Indonesian Markets
- Identify, Recruit, Onboard And Leverage A Partner Ecosystem
- Exceed Sales Quota
Requirement
- 4+ years experience in B2B sales
- 2+ years of people management experience
- 2+ years of experience working in international roles with a focus on Indonesia
- Demonstrable experience coaching and mentoring sales teams to deliver business success
- Experience presenting externally to large audiences
- Ability to think strategically and execute operationally
- Fluent in English and (at least) one other language. High energy, motivated and driven to succeed
