Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the credit underwriting team in assessing and evaluating loan applications against the company’s lending criteria.
- Develop and implement credit underwriting policies and procedures to assess business loans and non business loans under Loan against property
- Oversee the credit risk associated with the loan portfolio and take necessary steps to mitigate risk.
- Work with other departments within the company, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that the bank's lending goals are met while maintaining a sound credit risk profile.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the credit underwriting industry.
