The Job:
Kleinanzeigen is a highly interconnected marketplace, and some of our most valuable opportunities span multiple business areas and teams. As our Cross-Marketplace Delivery Manager, you will drive selected initiatives end to end across Product, Tech and Business, creating alignment, resolving dependencies and keeping execution focused on impact. This position is a maternity cover and therefore a fixed-term role for approximately one year. This is a hybrid role, our office is in Berlin-Charlottenburg. You report to the VP Core Marketplace.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of selected cross-marketplace initiatives, collaborating closely with stakeholders across Product, Tech, Business, Marketing and other functions.
• Proactively identify dependencies, risks and roadblocks, and drive their resolution to accelerate delivery and maximize business impact.
• Establish effective ways of working with initiative stakeholders and develop scalable delivery standards that enable efficient cross-functional execution.
• Own communication and reporting for senior stakeholders, providing clear visibility into progress, milestones, risks, decisions and delivery plans.
• Define success criteria and KPIs aligned with Kleinanzeigen’s strategic goals, using them to measure outcomes, track progress and steer execution.
• Act as a neutral point of coordination for cross-marketplace trade-offs by identifying decision needs early, developing solution options and providing data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

Who You Are:

• You bring 5+ years of relevant professional experience, for example in project or program management, business development or consulting, with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives and tangible business impact.
• You confidently orchestrate stakeholders across Business, Product, Tech and Marketing without necessarily owning the execution teams, and you can navigate ambiguity, dependencies and competing priorities.
• You bring a strong delivery and analytical toolkit, including risk and dependency management, milestone definition, Agile or hybrid delivery methods, and the ability to turn complex trade-offs into clear, decision-ready recommendations.
• You are an excellent communicator and facilitator, comfortable influencing stakeholders and creating concise management presentations. You are fluent in English and German and hold a university degree.
• You are highly AI-savvy and use modern AI tools hands-on to improve delivery effectiveness and efficiency. Experience in marketplaces, classifieds or e-commerce, relevant certifications such as PMP, SAFe or Scrum, and experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Looker, Tableau or Productboard are a plus.
