Crypto Community Manager
Serve as the primary face and voice of Stronghold's SHx token community, building relationships, developing engagement strategies, representing SHx at events, and owning the community function across Discord, Twitter/X, and Telegram.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead SHx's community strategy, growth, and engagement across key platforms.
- Respond to community inquiries and feedback with empathy and accuracy.
- Represent SHx at industry meetups, events, and conferences.
- Design and host virtual events such as AMAs, webinars, and token updates.
- Work with marketing and product teams to surface community insights.
- Create updates and high-signal messaging for SHx token holders and advocates.
- Track engagement and sentiment and report on community health to leadership.
- Provide regular reports on community growth, engagement, and sentiment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in community management or a similar role, preferably in blockchain, fintech, or tech startups.
- Demonstrated success building and managing online communities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, community management tools, and analytics software.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Proficiency prompting AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and SHx is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of online communities and community dynamics.
- Passion for building inclusive, engaged, and vibrant communities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and professional communication style.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
