We are looking to hire a creative and enthusiastic culinary support staff member who is interested in dining experiences that fall in line with our farm-to-table concept. The Spring House is a blossoming operation and requires individuals who are looking for a fun and exciting learning opportunity to develop skills and an understanding of multiple different fields—hospitality, fitness, events, and food and beverage operations.

The culinary support role is responsible for assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen, and ensuring all dishes, cookware, and equipment are properly cleaned and stored. This position plays a vital role in supporting kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, assisting with food production, maintaining sanitation standards, and providing dishwashing support during service periods.

Work Hours: Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, depending on clubhouse events and peak times.
