Customer Account Executive (CAE) – Spare Parts

Job Summary
Support end-to-end order management by processing customer requests, purchase/sales orders, and urgent Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment and maintain proactive customer communication.
Responsibilities
- Create and update customer sales orders with accuracy and completeness to ensure seamless order processing
- Respond to Aircraft on Ground (AOG) orders by creating or updating customer sales orders within 1 hour of AOG Desk notification
- Validate customer requests and complete data plate request forms to facilitate correct order processing
- Coordinate with Warehouse to confirm correct parts are shipped according to order specifications
- Provide customers with stock availability and status information upon request
- Raise Quality Notifications (QN) promptly based on customer-reported discrepancies to initiate quality resolution
- Create Return Material Authorizations (RMA) when authorized to manage product returns efficiently
- Process Credit Memos, Debit Memos, and Free of Charge (FOC) orders accurately and timely
- Execute invoice and order cancellation procedures while providing timely status updates to customers
- Supply missing documentation, resolve unmatched invoices, and clear system blocks to maintain order accuracy
- Add Equipment Serial Numbers (ESNs) to ZMRPCOMMIT for Critical Part List (CPL) to ensure traceability
- Allocate, panic, and reschedule orders upon CAM requests to meet operational requirements
- Incorporate all process steps into standard work and ensure consistent adherence for quality control
- Acknowledge all customer requests on the same business day to maintain service responsiveness
- Provide resolution or status updates within 1 business day, responding directly and courteously to end-users
- Collect and process customer Requests for Quotation (RFQs) for price and availability, differentiating customer categories and responding per policy
Required competencies and certifications
- Conversational fluency in Mandarin and English language required.
- Reading and writing literacy in Simplified Chinese and English required
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, or Customer Support within the Aviation/Aerospace industry
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Ability to commit to a 3-year contract term (for fresh graduates to be considered)
