Key Responsibilities
- Process and track customer orders accurately from booking to final delivery.
- Provide proactive order-status updates and coordinate with customers, Sales, Logistics, Labs and MSP teams.
- Handle customer queries, complaints and escalations within defined TATs.
- Support digital ordering/CRM platforms and assist customers with order-related issues.
- Coordinate deliveries, order diversions, accompaniments and stock-related activities.
- Maintain accurate records, stock data, invoices and relevant customer documentation.
- Prepare operational reports and analyze data to identify delays, gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Support payment follow-ups and other customer-related operational requirements as needed.
- Ensure adherence to defined SOPs, compliance requirements and customer service standards.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Operations; experience in optical/vision care is preferred.
- Good command of English and local language.
