Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Customer Marketing Officer to work in Nairobi, Kenya

Job Summary

To grow the client’s crop care brands and strengthen market share, through executing marketing strategies, brand consistency, and customer engagement.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute marketing strategies for crop care brands.
  
• New product development and launches.
  
• Manage brand budgets
  
• Input in short term and long term forecasting
  
• Recommend pricing strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory guidelines.
  

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 1–2 years’ experience in brand or customer marketing (agriculture sector experience is an advantage).
  
• Strong creative marketing, planning, and project management skills.
  
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
