Customer Project Manager

We are seeking an upbeat, motivated, and solutions‑focused Customer Project Manager to join Ericsson’s ANZA Cloud Software and Services, with strong exposure to telecommunications, 5G core networks, and cloud‑based solutions.

In this role, you will lead the delivery of complex customer programs across next‑generation mobile networks, cloud‑native infrastructure, and service transformation initiatives, using industry‑leading delivery tools, governance frameworks, and methodologies. You will take ownership of project strategy, governance, and execution, working with Ericsson and third‑party products and services to deliver high‑impact outcomes for our customers.

As a Customer Project Manager, your primary focus will be to understand customer network and business needs, manage delivery commitments, and create measurable business value through efficient, innovative, and well‑governed solutions. You will act as a trusted delivery partner to customers, collaborating with cross‑functional technical teams while driving continuous improvement across cost, quality, and operational performance.
